I know what it’s like to feel stuck, isolated, and overwhelmed after trauma — whether it comes from loss, relationship breakdown, or major life transitions. I’ve walked that path myself. For years I carried the weight of unresolved experiences, trying to keep going while feeling like life had passed me by. I’ve faced grief, heartbreak, and the physical challenges that left me unable to work in the way I once did.
Through my own healing journey, I discovered how to move beyond survival. I learned how to recognise what my body and mind were telling me, how to release patterns that no longer served me, and how to reclaim a sense of purpose and joy. I combined lived experience with trauma-informed coaching, positive psychology, and practical tools — and the transformation I’ve experienced is exactly what I want to help you achieve.

Week 3 is your calm in the storm. Let go of emotional chaos, overwhelm, and old reactive patterns, and step into steady calm and clarity. Through Safety Anchors practice, Nervous System Mapping, and guided somatic meditation, you’ll finish this week feeling in control, equipped with practical tools to soothe yourself, and ready to deepen this work in Week 4

Through inner child exploration, letters to your younger self, and shadow work, you’ll finish this week feeling lighter, kinder to yourself, and ready to confidently set boundaries in Week 6.
Week 6 is about reclaiming your power. Say goodbye to overgiving, fear of disappointing others, and blurred boundaries, and step into assertiveness, clarity, and self-priority. With boundary audits, role-play scenarios, and practical exercises, you’ll finish this week feeling empowered, secure, and fully in charge of your energy and choices.
Week 7 is your journey back to YOU. Let go of self-doubt, confusion, and hiding your true self, and step into clarity, alignment, and connection with your deepest desires. Through values mapping, journaling prompts, and passion exploration, you’ll finish this week feeling inspired, reconnected to yourself, and ready to trust your intuition in Week 8.
Week 8 is about trusting your inner wisdom. Say goodbye to indecision, overthinking, and fear of getting it wrong, and step into confidence, self-trust, and clarity in your choices. Through intuition awareness exercises, decision-making practices, and affirmations, you’ll finish this week feeling aligned, empowered, and ready to step boldly into your future-focused growth in Phase 3.
Week 9 is your heart-opening week. Release fear of vulnerability, guardedness, and isolation, and step into openness, emotional safety, and deep connection. Through relationship values mapping, connection practices, and communication skills, you’ll finish this week feeling confident, emotionally available, and ready to envision your 2.0 future in Week 10.
Week 10 is your future-vision week. Let go of confusion, stuck patterns, and dwelling on past mistakes, and step into clarity, purpose, and forward momentum. With PERMAH-based strength mapping, wellbeing habit planning, and life vision exercises, you’ll finish this week feeling inspired, clear, and ready to bring your dream life into action in Week 11.
Week 11 is your launchpad to transformation. Say goodbye to autopilot living, small thinking, and stagnation, and step into intentional, empowered, and fulfilled action. Through 2.0 life planning, goal-setting, daily intention exercises, and habit integration, you’ll finish this week feeling motivated, excited, and ready to fully embody your
new life in Week 12.
Week 12 is your culmination and celebration. Release doubt, hesitation, and lingering fears, and step fully into the life you’ve been creating. This program is designed for women in midlife who are done surviving, hiding, or overgiving. It’s for those ready to heal from past trauma, calm their nervous system, reclaim their identity, and step confidently into a 2.0 life, even if they’ve felt stuck, lost, or unsure where to start.
No — you do not need a diagnosis, as this program is not therapy. This is a coaching program designed to help you release old patterns, build self-trust, and create your future, with trauma-informed tools and somatic practices. If you need medical, legal, or financial guidance, or ongoing therapy, I can refer you to trusted professionals.
The program includes one 60 minute 1:1 session per week, plus homework, journaling, and practical exercises that could take 2–3 hours per week. The exact time varies depending on how deeply you want to engage with the practices.
Up to 2 session reschedules are allowed per client during the 12-week programme. Reschedules must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations with 48+ hours notice may be rescheduled.
Less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the session being counted as used.
