I’m Steph, a Trauma-Informed Coach, Educator, and Mental Wellbeing Consultant.
I partner with The Mental Wellbeing Company to deliver CPD/CE-accredited workshops, training, and wellbeing consultancy for organisations, schools, and public sector teams.
My focus is on helping workplaces understand the impact of trauma, reduce burnout, and build emotionally safe, resilient, and high-performing teams.
I combine Positive Psychology, somatic and trauma-informed practices, and practical wellbeing strategies to create environments where both people and productivity can thrive.
My approach is deeply shaped by lived experience of recovering from domestic abuse, unresolved trauma, and burnout—experiences that ended my previous career but also became the foundation for my purpose-driven work today. This perspective allows me to connect with people and organisations on a human level, bridging compassion with evidence-based practice.
Alongside my corporate work, I am the founder of Transform After Trauma, where I support women to heal from unresolved trauma, as a result of domestic abuse, through coaching, group programmes, and community spaces.
With a background in business, over five years of teaching experience, 1.5 years supporting women fleeing domestic violence, and certifications in Trauma-Informed Practices, Positive Psychology, EFT, and Suicide Prevention, I bring both professional expertise and lived insight to every session.
Whether working with organisations or individuals, my mission is to create safe, compassionate, and forward-thinking spaces that promote real, sustainable wellbeing and growth.
