Hi, I’m Steph, a trauma-informed transformational coach dedicated to helping women move beyond survival and reclaim their lives. My journey to this work is deeply personal — I’ve faced trauma, grief, and profound life crossroads myself, including navigating the loss of loved ones and the shifts that come with unexpected change. These experiences have given me firsthand insight into what it feels like to be stuck, isolated, or unsure of the next step, and the deep empathy to support women who are walking similar paths.
I combine my lived experience with professional insight gained through years of supporting women in both educational and social care settings. From running coaching and mentoring programs in schools to providing guidance as a support worker, I’ve spent over 15 years helping women navigate challenges, rebuild confidence, and find their footing after difficult experiences. This blend of personal experience and trauma-informed knowledge allows me to provide guidance that is both practical and compassionate, helping women take meaningful steps toward healing without feeling overwhelmed or judged.
Beyond coaching, I am passionate about creating safe, nurturing spaces — online and offline — where women feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to explore their own paths. I believe healing isn’t about a one-size-fits-all solution; it’s about offering flexible tools, gentle guidance, and a community of support so every woman can move forward at her own pace.
When I’m not coaching, studying or developing programs, you’ll usually find me reading, spending time by the sea, enjoying a good cup of tea (and chocolate!), or cooking huge family meals. I take sacred time for my own mental health and wellbeing, as over the years I have recognised that without it, I just don't feel right! I love journaling, meditating and my oracle/tarot cards and gratitude always. I'm a strong believer in a morning and evening routine, to set you up for the day and create calm for a good nights sleep.
I’m a wife and mother of four, with a huge extended family on both mine and my husband's side. My family and even more so, my life experiences, fuel my commitment to this work every day. I want every woman who comes to Transform After Trauma to know that her story matters, that healing is possible, and that she can reclaim joy, confidence, and clarity in her life.
I’m here to walk alongside you, share tools and guidance, and remind you that transformation is possible — one intentional step at a time.
